All services are provided by Build SRQ Remodeling & Renovation, a licensed and insured Florida contractor.
3. Website Use License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to access and use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the website for any illegal or unauthorized purpose

4. Project Terms and Services
A. Estimates and Quotes
Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified
Final pricing may vary based on actual site conditions and scope changes
We will notify you of any significant price adjustments before proceeding
A signed contract is required to begin work
B. Project Timeline
Project schedules are estimates and subject to change
We are not liable for delays caused by weather, material shortages, or unforeseen conditions
You agree to provide reasonable access to the project site
Work hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–5 PM (or as agreed)
C. Changes to Scope
All changes to the original project scope must be requested in writing
Change orders will be provided before additional work is performed
Additional costs will apply for scope changes
Timeline adjustments may result from significant scope changes
5. Payment Terms
A. Payment Schedule
Payment terms are specified in the project contract
Typical payment includes deposits, progress payments, and final payment
All payments must be made by the due date specified in the contract
B. Accepted Payment Methods

Credit card (processing fees may apply)
Other methods as agreed in writing
C. Late Payments
Invoices are due on the date specified in the contract
Late payments may result in project suspension
Interest may accrue on overdue balances at 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by law
D. Deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your project date
Deposits are applied to the final invoice
If you cancel the project, the deposit is forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing
6. Warranties and Disclaimers
A. Workmanship Warranty
Build SRQ warrants all labor and workmanship for one year from project completion
This warranty covers defects in materials and installation
Warranty does not cover damage from improper use, natural disasters, or third-party interference
B. Material Warranties
Manufacturer warranties on products and materials are separate from our labor warranty
We will provide all applicable manufacturer documentation
Manufacturer warranty claims should be directed to the manufacturer
C. Site Conditions
We are not responsible for hidden conditions discovered during work (rot, mold, structural issues, etc.)
If significant hidden conditions are found, we will notify you with a change order for additional costs
You are responsible for disclosing known conditions prior to project start
D. Disclaimer of Other Warranties
The website and all content are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind
We disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose
We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
Build SRQ's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for services
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages
We are not liable for loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption
These limitations apply whether the claim is based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Build SRQ, its owners, employees, and contractors from any claims, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from:
Your use of the website
Your breach of these Terms and Conditions
Your violation of any law or third-party rights
Your project decisions or actions
9. Intellectual Property Rights
A. Website Content
All website content, including text, images, graphics, and designs, is owned by Build SRQ or its licensors

Arbitration will be conducted in accordance with the American Arbitration Association (AAA) rules
Arbitration will take place in Sarasota County, Florida
Each party bears its own costs, unless the arbitrator awards attorney fees to the prevailing party
C. Class Action Waiver
You agree not to bring any claim on a class-action or representative basis
Disputes must be brought in an individual capacity
D. Exceptions
This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive relief in court
Small claims court is available for claims under applicable limits
14. Limitation of Time to File Claims
Any legal action or arbitration must be initiated within one year of the cause of action. After one year, any claim is barred.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
16. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
17. Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions, together with any signed project contract, constitute the entire agreement between you and Build SRQ. Any prior understandings or agreements are superseded. No modification is valid unless in writing and signed by both parties.
18. Waiver
The failure of Build SRQ to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
19. Assignment
You may not assign or transfer these Terms and Conditions without written consent. Build SRQ may assign these terms at any time upon notice to you.
20. Changes to Terms
Build SRQ reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes are effective when posted on the website. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
For ongoing projects, the terms in effect at the time your contract was signed will govern that project.
